Outrageous Move Out Fees

I was charged so many hidden fees after leaving the apartment. I was fine with them just taking the $200 deposit but I ended up paying a lot more after leaving the apartment. Be careful

Very Impressed

- Offered short term rental option when I was in the area for work for an extended period of time
- Coordinated furniture and housewares rental
- Nice apartment, in good condition with new design/style, appliances. Layout made the space feel much bigger than it actually was square footage wise.
- Close to FT Gordon
- Pool
- Secure mail/package area to make it easy to get mail and packages even when I have a busy schedule and can't make it to the office during regular 9-5 hours
- Quantrice... (property manager) went out of her way multiple times to help me any time I had an issue. I cannot overstate how helpful and kind she is.
- I have lived in many, many apartments over the years (some great, some not so great), and this one was definitely in the top 3.
