The Ellis Apartments

my A/C went out on July 16,2026 put in a work order they came out the next day July 17, 2026 and "fixed" it just for it to go back out 2 days later July 19 2026. I've put in multiple work orders and all are being ignored I've even went up to the leasing office to talk to someone and the lady said someone will call me and nobody has called or said anything . I've even called the leasing office just for them to say the same thing and still no results. it is unbearable hot in my apartment and we... can barely even breathe. but they're gonna want they're rent money on time but cant fix the air or at least say something this is very irritating. Good experience thus far We've only been living in this community for 3 months and haven't had any issues that went unresolved. Management has good communication and keeps us updated.

My experience at The Ellis was very disappointing. The leasing agent was unprofessional and inappropriate — he sent personal/flirtatious messages and handled my application inconsistently. I reached out for help and was ignored then denied after being approved with the extras.

Would not recommend.
