Maintenance request completed The maintenance staff was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. They did an excellent job and completed the work as requested. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the care they showed while working in my home.

Jae is awesome don’t get me wrong. But you pay for amenities and don’t get any. Pool, laundry and gym is only open from 8-5 on weekdays… anyone with a 9-5 is unable to use amenities. Not open on weekends either. It’s been 3 months and there has been 2 emails about it. Nothing along the lines of getting it fixed or communicating what is actually going on. It seems the workers (aside from Jae) are just here to agree with you and make you feel better. People pay money to live here, cmon guys. Now,... noise is also a big issue. Complex does nothing to fix noise issues with upstairs neighbors. It’s been 8 complaints and nothing. I don’t even live here, my girlfriend does. It just sucks so bad that I want to complain for her. Otherwise, great place if you don’t want pool, gym or need laundry services. Great place if you never experience any kind of issue where you’ll need to involve the complex. But if you do, good luck. Polite, knowledgeable and came in a reasonable amount of time

Beautiful surroundings The apartment complex surrounding are always very clean and beautifully maintained on the outside.

AC repair The AC was blowing warm air at 79 degrees. I submitted the maintenance request. And they responded back immediately to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, i was provided a portable AC until final parts were installed. I appreciate the fast. Professional and comfort i received.
