WAS a potential renter

I drove 3 hrs on a Saturday to just look around. Tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with someone because the application is very detailed and I needed to see the place inside and out before moving. I drove in and the place is old, old is not the issue. The issue was with the maintenance of the place. It was dirty, tenant's shades were broken and mangled in many of the windows. Trash was evident on the place. I am in no means trying to be a perfectionist but that does speak volumes about the way... the place is upkept and maintained. I would not recommend the investing in the application process of this place, especially since the management will not return your call or email. Beware and good luck.

What a welcoming staff! It’s nice to go to a place and be greeted with a smile and offering help by answering your questions. A place I could definitely call home.

Management

Since new management have take over, they’re doing their best to take care of everyone’s needs. They have definitely helped me out, and i greatly appreciate it!!! Slowly, but surely things will be back to how they were when i first moved over here. The maintenance man is also doing a good job, and that’s great considering we haven’t had decent maintenance in a while. I know they can make a change and I’m here for it??????
