Broad Management and Tynesia G. Customer service is great. Ty has been a hard worker and provides all the information I need. When tickets I need submitted for maintenance have been responded in a timely manner. Thank you Ty for your patience and assistance. Her communication skills are awesome. I been living here close to 7 years i love that there is a playground area, a grilling area and definitely the pool being open. The neighbors pretty much stick themselves but also are friendly. It is... also kids that play outside which my little one loves to play with them as well. I enjoy going for walks and feel safe going walking. Things have been improving since I been here.

Staff is friendly and responsive and the property looks clean and inviting!

I drove 3 hrs on a Saturday to just look around. Tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with someone because the application is very detailed and I needed to see the place inside and out before moving. I drove in and the place is old, old is not the issue. The issue was with the maintenance of the place. It was dirty, tenant's shades were broken and mangled in many of the windows. Trash was evident on the place. I am in no means trying to be a perfectionist but that does speak volumes about the way... the place is upkept and maintained. I would not recommend the investing in the application process of this place, especially since the management will not return your call or email. Beware and good luck. Read More
