People and kids hang outside all hrs of the day. Trash all over the halls and outside area. Shooting for no reason daily. The kids play in the hall and playing with the fire extinguisher. Pull the fire alarm day and night. If you pull up any time of day i promise you there is at least 20 people hanging outside. Dumpster is constantly overflowing. Very trashy for the price. Is sad.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Shooting every other day. Rent office don’t help with anything or corporate. Kids are everywhere and bad. Drug and Gang activity. Over charges you monthly. Can’t put in maintenance request. Ppl in office don’t speak English.

Moved in 2 months ago and I’m very satisfied so far. It is quiet and there is around the clock security which is everything. Everything is new in the units and the utilities are inexpensive.

Please whatever you do not move here. There is no air conditioning or heat in any of the units. There is no pool since 2010 and the playground is very unsafe and insanitary for any child. If I could give these apartments no star I would. My family and I have lived here since 2010 and are currently looking for another home to move to. The rent office does not want to do credits or even let you out of a lease. Save yourselves money and time and look elsewhere!
