HORRIBLE JUST RUNNNNN

I have lived in several apartments across the decatur area and this was by far the worst. I lived here for almost 3 years and management changes every other month. The rent office is hardly ever open and you can hardly get things worked on in your apartment because even their maintenance team isn't permanent. There are so many cockroaches outside. They claim they have amenities but the truth is they have been under construction since before I stepped foot on the premises and have yet to complete... the process in over four years. The people in the office is far from friendly. They love making promises off word but claims if there's nothing in writing then there's no proof. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I was down on my luck and was rushing to find a new place for my kids and I when the truth is I would've rathered stay at an extended stay smh.
