Living at the Jade has been really great so far. Simaya helped us through our leasing application and was very knowledgeable about the property. She also kept in touch regularly during the application process. I never felt unsure about anything. Our apartment is also very lovely and comfortable. I immediately felt at home.

Beautiful community with fantastic amenities and unique floor plans. I love my kitchen SO much and everyone who has visited said they wished they had a kitchen like this. Perfect place for entertaining guests, remote work, and comfortable living. Also, I cannot hear any noise from neighbors in any direction, which is a huge plus for apartment living. Building is within walking distance of Legacy Park, Publix, and tons of great restaurants and shops. Couldn’t ask for a better place.
