Beautiful and Peaceful

Everything is Perfect!!!
I went on an apartment tour today and I must say that the apartment and patio is very spacious. My bestie gets one side of the apartment and I get the other which give us privacy.

Cleanliness and safety

A friend of mine lives here, and I’ve noticed some concerning issues. The hallways and stairwells are often dirty and poorly maintained, which makes the common areas feel unsafe. There’s also frequently a suspicious man smoking near the playground, which is worrying for anyone with children. Management should take these concerns seriously and improve both cleanliness and safety.
