Change of plans to apply

I am seeking to relocate in a few months. However, when I came across a review score of 2.9, I was curious to see why such a low score.

Thank you guys, I won't be applying this location. Shame, shame, shame.

Update to previous review

***UPDATE: I was finally able to transfer units nearly 3 months ago now. But I wish I had just left the property. Not only was the unit dirty when we moved in, but we had to immediately submit several work orders. All the appliances were broken and dirty, there was a big hole in the tub of the dishwasher. The gas company couldn’t turn on our service due to safety hazards and the unit has major plumbing issue. We have been battling to get these issues resolved since April. Today, July 28, 2025 we... still have very little air flow from our vents so it’s 85 degrees in the unit during the day despite the fact that our air is constantly running. Also, our bathtub is backed up every time we shower so it’s like we’re taking a half bath at the same time. And we still have old dirty, broken blinds on the widows from the previous tenants. We were told when we moved in that they didn’t have any blinds at the time but assured us they were placing an order for them and we’d be the first to get blinds when they were delivered. However it’s been three months and despite the fact that I keep inquiring and emailing the property manager to request they finally tend to my work order that’s been open since April, they couldn’t care less and are instead focused on trying to fill empty units. I call the office several times per week and I have also walked in to speak with the staff. They keep telling me they have no idea when they will get to my work order. I urge anyone reading this who is looking for a place to live to look elsewhere. This is not where you want to live.

Really great pool and amenities

I really enjoy this property. Has a great pool and gym and love the nice grounds. Overall, the management is great and made awesome changes from the years before!

No heater during winter storm

I thought this place was okay to live at but nope after me and my kids suffered with no heat during a winter storm I pay my rent on time Every month I shouldn’t have to sit in a cold house I called the emergency maintenance line 5 times and no one had returned my call or came to check my heater but it’s all good cause I will not be renewing my lease for this very reason !!!! There is no reason for no one to ignore an emergency maintenance line that’s just sorry and lazy
