Why to live here: Great location for an afternoon walk, spacious for the price, clean, easy to walk to events downtown, nice neighbors.

Why not to live here: do not live in the bottom units. I could hear every footstep of the toddler and two dogs, so much so, that I knew the families routine and if the baby was crying. You can hear the dogs barking and running and it sounds like elephants above you. I lived in two units at this complex every time on the bottom floor and could hear the people... above me in each unit. I cut my lease short because of it. The property is very unique. I love the one bedroom with the half bath. I plan to apply this summer.,

I am relocating to the Atlanta area for a new job. I instantly fell in love with this community and reached out and Sonya, property manager, answered all questions including the ones not property related. I decided against applying and started inquiring at other properties. I didn't receive the same level of customer service. I sent Sonya an email inquiring again and she replied even though she was out of the office informing me the initial unit I wanted was available. So far so great! Friendly staff and my apartment is better than I imagined it would be. Despite the office being very busy when I arrived my move in went smoothly and the manager Sonya made me feel welcomed.

My overall experience has been horrible.Lewis House Community is not a family oriented place to live.If you have kids or a college student.I don’t recommend Lewis House Community.It should have been more of a senior living community.I have been located in NW Georgia for over ten years,I must say this is the first place that I encountered problems.Its very disappointing that this community is located in Kennesaw because Kennesaw is known for being very family oriented.
