0/5 No consideration for tenants at all. Will try to enter your apartment without authorization. Dog poop everywhere, no sprinkler system and plenty of pests. It is all good until you move in then everything goes downhills especially if you are military they will abuse your pockets with fees.

Terrible parking and terrible management. Expected better customer service but clearly the bar is lower than low. They do not know how to speak to people and I've had to speak with management about fees that were never discussed prior. Save your money true luxury apartments at Laurel Odessy.

These people do not care about your health or wellbeing. They only want money. Customer service is below subpar and they charge plenty of hidden fees without explanation. Even when explained that they were errors on their behalf the charges magically pop up again. Cockroaches, ants, scorpions, spiders you name it they got it. No sprinkler system and even more pests in the grass. They do a good job at taking advantage of military so be aware. You have been warned.

This complex will take your money without question but when its time to explain to you why? Especially when it was a “mistake” nobody can give you an answer. Amenities have not been upkept since the new management. If you are military, KEEP your money. They look for ways to abuse our pockets.

Great place to live. The apartments and amenities are very nice and the apartment grounds are kept clean and well taken care of. Everyone on the leasing office is helpful and friendly. If you have a problem they make sure to work through it with you to come to an acceptable arrangement.
