The apartment complex is generally well-maintained, but there are significant issues. The walls are incredibly thin; I can hear the toilet flushing from the unit above. Parking is also a major problem most nights. On several occasions, I’ve had to park near buildings 6 or 7, despite living in building 4. In my last survey, I suggested assigning designated parking spots, but it seems that idea wasn’t taken seriously. Additionally, I disagree with the new valet trash and insurance policies.... Existing residents should have been grandfathered in under the old terms. Small considerations like these make a big difference when deciding on lease renewals. Read More

This is a Good place to live. They keep it Well maintained, it’s quiet, the guys keep it clean and the gym is good enough for keeping you in shape.

Love it here, one of the top locations to reside. Everyone is great, especially maintenance and front office. The apartments provide a home like environment.

Some times the maintenance is not good, you need to call them directly in order to make the things happen, for me is annoying but so far the rest is good
