The new management team that took over earlier this year has been disappointing. While they may present a friendly face during tours, their treatment of residents after move-in has been noticeably indifferent and at times dismissive.

Key issues include:

Elevator outages: Elevators have been out of service for several months with no clear timeline for repair.

Biased management practices: There appears to be favoritism, with certain individuals - reportedly family members of management - acting... as though they have authority over other residents.

Unwelcoming environment in Building 1: Some residents have exhibited discriminatory and hostile behavior from management and residents, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for others. Additionally, if you live on the Penthouse, 8th, or 7th floor, be prepared for constant noise from the gym above weights slamming can be heard throughout the day and night

So clean and nice! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is so efficient and nice. They have over night security and a police officer that lives in the building

I love this apartment complex so much! The management puts so much effort into our resident events, and has made it easy for residents to meet and become friends and feel a sense of community. They have overnight security and that makes me feel so safe here! Not to mention the new outdoor spaces are beautiful!
