Smoking policy not enforced, hard to find parking at night, garbage not picked up regularly, homeless people wandering around the complex at night.

Great place.

Have been here for right around 6 months, and we absolutely love it. The office staff, specifically Sherri, have been nothing short of phenomenal. Maintenance staff, specifically Anthony, are awesome. Courteous, quick, and professional all-around. Quiet community, good mix of families and professionals- have never had a problem.
