Don’t live here!

DONT MOVE HERE! I'm currently living here and I can't wait to move out! One of my bedrooms is flooded with water coming out of the toilet! It's been three days!!! Carpets soaked! And we are starting to feel sick from the smell!!!! I went up to the office and the lady at the front desk was on the phone with her mom and made me wait until she was done! Then when I asked her what was going on with our plumbing she said someone in a different building was flushing diapers down the drain causing all... the other buildings to back up.They still haven't told us when or how it will be fixed. Three days no one has come to fix it. DONT LIVE HERE!!This place is terrible!! The work orders are saying they are completed and they are not! I wish I could give it zero stars!

Save Yourself

The gated community is not gated. The maintenance man stands with a fob to let everyone in. Rent has been jacked up since the prior management company. Garbage is overflowing. The sad part is no one will listen so I am resorting to a review. Save yourself from this headache.

Noise issues

With how expensive the rent is, this place is not even close to being worth it. Management is neglectful and poor. The courtesy officer will not ever respond to your complaints. Even though the rules and leases establish that the amenities area closes at 10pm, people are out there until morning yelling, screaming, and playing loud music. And even after complaining so many times, nothing ever is done.

If you ever want a decent night of sleep and feel like an actual person, please, please dont... lease to Marietta Crossing Apartments.

I have been with Marietta Crossing for two weeks. They are kind, dedicated and move quickly with maintenance issues. I love the valet trash and the constant email updates! A little improvement in the laundry room and I would definitely rate the apartments 8/10!
