While we respect that every resident's perspective is different, several statements in your review do not accurately... reflect our community, and we'd like to provide additional context. We understand that management transitions can be frustrating, but our team always remains committed to supporting residents throughout any changes. Please know resident communication at no point takes a back seat to marketing or social media efforts, as multiple channels always remain available to address concerns. Regarding pest control, the community has always maintained regular treatment or preventative service with a professional pest control company. While maintenance staff may have addressed isolated issues between scheduled visits, this was never a substitute for professional treatment. Likewise, the condition of the replacement appliance you described is not consistent with our standards. As with any apartment community, amenities occasionally require temporary closures for maintenance, repairs, weather, or safety reasons. These interruptions are never ideal, but they are made to preserve the long-term quality and safety of the facilities rather than to limit resident access. At no time are our amenities closed or unusable for any extended length of time. The security incident you referenced was unfortunate and understandably upsetting for everyone affected. While no residential community can guarantee that criminal activity will never occur, we responded appropriately and continue to ensure the gate is always repaired and operational. Finally, move-out charges are based on documented inspections and lease obligations, not whether a resident disputes them. If additional information becomes available during the final inspection process, it may be included as part of the documented assessment. We understand not every resident will agree with those findings, but they are not issued arbitrarily. We appreciate the time you spent as a resident and regret that your experience ended on a disappointing note. Feedback—whether positive or negative—is valuable because it helps us continue improving.
