?Moving into this apartment was a massive mistake. Management does not care about maintaining this property, and getting anything fixed properly is an absolute nightmare.
?For starters, the washer and dryer never worked right. To make matters worse, there is a severe electrical and plumbing issue—the breaker box in the hallway constantly trips and cuts off. Every single time you run the water, the pipes or walls make an incredibly loud, irritating humming sound.

I'm very pleased with the office staff they are friendly, very knowledgeable and understanding. Christina, Kelly and Trenton are all amazing. Great community to live in!!

I've been here 3yrs quiet community, maintenance staff is great,very efficient. Very people friendly plce to live.

Moved in a little over a month ago no issues at all the office staff is great and extremely helpful every last one of them.
Maintenance staff are very efficient. Moved in like a day after the previous tenants moved out place was spotless. The dryer in the apartment was shorted a little they replaced the whole unit within 30 minutes.

from my caption I feel like that should be enough. Have to pay 25 dollars for 1 bag of trash. The staff is so unprofessional. The property is not well build it was just slapped together with no foundation. It’s frogs that’s on your porch. The street light that they still haven’t fixed since they opened and that I have constantly mentioned to the staff over and over again. You can literally hear everything that your neighbors doing.
