Horrible

The apartments are roach infested. The mold and mildew issues are alarming. I am a current resident and the management sucks. There has been at least 5 managers since I have been living out here. I wouldn’t not suggest anyone living out here until serious improvement takes place.

Horrible management

Will waste your time when you apply. Gave me the run around for months. Turn around finally says they have two town homes available and hurry to bring my deposit since I'm on a list with others. They are terrible. Aren't even decent looking. Just needed a place to live soon. Find a complex that cares to communicate. They don't.

Pines of Southlake are really nice & convenient,plenty of shopping, stores & close access to nearby expressways. Management team are really courteous & helpful. Lovely place to live , been here 4 years.
