Halcyon is truly the best place to live. It is the perfect community. The management is great and so friendly. Maintenance is always handled with excellence and quickly. Halcyon creates a space for neighbors to get together and build community. Halcyon has all the perks apartment living but without sharing walls and the ability to have a backyard.

I lived here with my family for 2 years. The community is great, safe, quiet, and most importantly have friendly neighbors. Jason is an incredible property manager who will always go above and beyond to ensure you and your family are well taken care of.

Halcyon is not a big operation and for this reason they truly care about each individual. They have done so much for my family as they have treated us as family. Jason will do everything he can to make your Home feel like its your Home. Why waste money on an apartment that has no space and all the issues apartment living comes with. You can choose the floor plan and add a fence for your own privacy. They maintain all the yard work and very quick to resolve any issue you may have. I lived in this community over two years. I can only say good things about my neighbors and management. Quiet neighborhood but friendly neighbors. Jason will do everything in his power to make your stay enjoyable.

I have paid rent in many places and I have to say that this place is worth every penny! I moves into a new build and the layout and finishes are wonderful. The clubhouse is nice and the pool/ fireplace area is cozy. Having a free standing home without all of the home owner troubles was a great selling point. The option to get a fence if I wanted it for my dog was a plus. The staff and owners are about as family like as you can ask for.
