So disappointing.
False charges reported on my credit. Paid in full at move-out, yet they added fake fees and lied about notice. Dishonest and damaging practices. Avoid this complex at all costs.

Look Elsewhere
Anyone searching for an apartment should look elsewhere. I've had constant problems with this place since moving in. There's never enough parking and people are constantly parking in front of garages, in handicap spaces, no parking zones, etc. the ceilings are paper thin and at times it seems that your neighbors are gonna come right thru the ceiling. They constantly have something broken or not working either with the gates, water lines, mailboxes, etc. Each tenant pays for pest service yet, the... job that is done is very minimal and I promise you, you'll have a significant bug problem. Today, My account was charged twice for rent payment, for a total of around $3400 and then they had the nerve to charge an additional $35 because the total amount wasn't available in my account. Seriously? I'd look elsewhere around Newnan for a place to live

Roach infested & poorly maintained
Roach infested, littered with food waste everywhere. Dog droppings are not picked up by many residents which can lead to disease.

Very polite and caring team. Staff is there when you need them. Maintance will even come out on the weekend for emergencies and arrives fairly quickly. Definitely renewing my lease!!
