Doing a great job includes cleaning up after youself The crew did a great job with the installation of the dishwasher and the hot water heater. But, they left a mess for me to clean up after installing the water heater. They need to make sure that they clean up after themselves.

Fast service Personally, every time I have submitted a maintenance request, they have responded promptly, handled everything with care, and left everything as they found it. During the nine months I have lived in this apartment complex, I have experienced excellent customer service along with consistent communication via email.

Property Maintenance requests are not being filled. Property needs cleaning. Trash all over property. Lake used to look really nice, but it’s trashy and dirty. Does not make the property look good at all. Previous management
Companies kept the lake and the area around it together, now no one seems to care.

Horrible

This is a horrible place to live. My apartment flooded and they did not want to fix it. The breezeway is falling apart. Garbage is everywhere. Had to live with roaches. The staff is horrible and no help to people.
