No parties or events are permitted, and exceeding the maximum number of guests is not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fee charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
