Only one set of towels per person is provided. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee.
A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring pet(s). This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair, smells, etc are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. Parties or events are not allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, and additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. The pool is seasonal (April–September); please check availability. The lazy river is only available on weekends during the season.
