Palisades at Rice Hope

My husband and I really enjoy our little apartment and the neighborhood it is in. I really enjoy the pool when it is actually open. Wish it would open earlier in the year. The amenities are where things kind of fall short. Its wrong in my opinion
to have amenities like the computer area, upstairs deck lounge and the game room only available during office hours. Things like that are deceptive when we sign the lease claiming luxury amenities and they are not available when a large number of... people aren't available to use things during their open time.

Love my place The place is perfect size for me. The grounds and office are always clean. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Maintenance is prompt and helpful. They leave my place clean if they come to do any repairs. Which are very few just normal wear and tear. My neighbors are ok too. I don't worry about my packages being left outside.

Fantastic community to live in I truly love living here—it’s quiet, peaceful, and welcoming. The leasing office staff are wonderful and always supportive and helpful. The apartments are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. From the moment I moved in, I’ve genuinely felt at home.

From Louisiana to Georgia! I’ve been at this property almost a year, and I’ve been really satisfied with service and the community. The property managers always keep us informed of issues and/or events and I’m grateful. The valet trash concierge can be a little cleaner when picking up trash. They leave trash behind in the corridors making it look unkept. And it can use some pressure washing inside the corridors but other than that I have no issues. Thank you! My apartment is amazing!
