Mildew in the bathroom This is the second time I requested this to be taking care of. The office staff put the order in for me and the maintenance came that same day. Once they completed the job they notified me. Maintenance also cleaned up any mess they made because my place was just as I left it

I never got any updates on my ac unit. It was somewhat working prior to maintenance looking at it, now it’s not even coming on at all yet there’s a window unit in my second bedroom, that’s not doing anything but causing my privacy to be invaded. It is 100 degrees outside and I haven’t even be able to stay in my own apartment. This is unacceptable!

Very pleased! This is our third year at Rice Hope Port Wentworth. The renewal process went smoothly. The present management is much better than I am happy with all the amenities and look forward to another great year.

My husband and I really enjoy our little apartment and the neighborhood it is in. I really enjoy the pool when it is actually open. Wish it would open earlier in the year. The amenities are where things kind of fall short. Its wrong in my opinion
to have amenities like the computer area, upstairs deck lounge and the game room only available during office hours. Things like that are deceptive when we sign the lease claiming luxury amenities and they are not available when a large number of... people aren't available to use things during their open time.
