A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring pets, covering extra cleaning. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Max 3 cars are allowed at the home. No parties or events are permitted, and exceeding the maximum number of guests is not allowed. Locals must contact the host prior to booking.
