Enjoyable
my experience here was enjoyable. i love the area apartments are tucked away for full privacy and safety. Close and easy access to 400 highway and 285.
this is a great first spot for new renters or anyone looking to move to sandy springs for the first time.
Pros- water included with rent, already has a washer dryer in apartment, gym is useable and clean, quiet area, Maintenace is quick and reliable. Leasing staff is really nice and welcoming. Very beautiful pool (but will be part of the cons).... Clean neighborhood (at least my area/ side was clean) not much pest (but like all apartments, they do exist depending on your cleanliness)
Cons- pool was not open while living here for 2 years. maybe it will finally open when i move out. the washer dryer situation, not really a con but it is 1 unit that does both jobs. it takes about 4 hours to do 1 load and its small so not super large loads at 1 time if you want your clothes clean. My unit not all the outlets worked
Overall, i truly enjoyed living here for 2 years. i would renew but i need larger space as I'm growing and currently there are no open larger units worth the price for me. 100% recommend even with cons
