Throwing a party, causing damage, excessive trash, or hosting undeclared guests results in a minimum $200 fine and immediate termination of occupancy. Unauthorized late departure more than 30 minutes past check-out will result in a $75 late departure fee. Remaining in the Unit more than two (2) hours past check-out will result in an additional night being charged at the base nightly rate. A $40 fee per undeclared guest will be charged. Unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine per pet. Damage to the keyless entry system results in a $75 fee. Attempted deliveries are not the responsibility of the Owner/Manager.
