Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make-up or clean something that could stain them. One set of bath towels and washcloth per person is provided, plus a starter pack of laundry pods. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) is provided. Usage of the hot tub, as well as going into the water either by swimming or kayak, is at your own risk. The home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors, which also includes stocking it with fish, and taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. There is a noise monitoring device from Minut which measures decibel levels, and if the device is tampered with, a notification will be sent.
