Each room is a haven of comfort and privacy, with its own private bathroom. The interiors exude warmth and character, creating a welcoming atmosphere. This property has a main house with 3 bedrooms and a carriage house with a queen bed and a futon. Enjoy the stunning outdoor oasis, boasting a hot tub and an outdoor seating area enveloped by lush trees.
Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability and can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date.

Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, and refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. The driveways and parking are shared between the main house and the carriage house, which can be rented separately or together. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make-up or clean something that could stain them. One set of bath towels and washcloth per person is provided, plus a starter pack of laundry pods. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) is provided. Usage of the hot tub, as well as going into the water either by swimming or kayak, is at your own risk. The home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors, which also includes stocking it with fish, and taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. There is a noise monitoring device from Minut which measures decibel levels, and if the device is tampered with, a notification will be sent.
