The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is 1 exterior security camera by the front door with motion detection for security purposes. The hot tub is currently out of service. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. We only provide one set of towels per person. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and it is under your responsibility to refill them if you run out.
