The patio and pool area are surrounded by large trees, which means leaves may fall into the outdoor space. The pool is closed from December through the end of February. Guests are responsible for their own safety at the pool, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass or breakable items are allowed around the pool. Guests should shower before entering the pool. Report any pool issues immediately. Host is not responsible for injuries. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. Identity verification is required for all guests age 18 years or older. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform. There is 1 security camera in the driveway and 1 video doorbell at the front door. Do not move any furniture or decorations. Do not use provided towels to remove makeup or clean stained items.
