THE OFFICE IS LAZY AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY
These apartments waited last minute to tell us that they were reneging on our approval because of them waiting so long to verify. We are moving from another stated, paid for all of the transfers for services and even our job equipment for them to tell us the day we cannot move in! Completely unprofessional. I should have noticed the red flags when they would not answer the phone at all the first time I called. I will be contacting corporate as this will cause me to lose my job and my kids are... with drawn from school with no address because of them. This is NOT A TRUSTWORTHY PROPERTY SO IF YOU ARE MOVING OUT OF STATE BE VERY CAREFUL DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. Its Sad because we were just affected by Hurricane Ian and this location failed my family and I by not communicating properly and doing there due diligence in the timeframe they was supposed to. We applied almost two weeks ago, got approved, and they failed to do any verifications in time. Definitely the worse experience ever and they put a bad taste in my mouth about them and savannah. whole team is irresponsible!
