Horrible staff!
I lived at Atlantic Vinings for a little over two years, from February 2024 to July 2026, and my problems started before move-in.
When we toured with Ronald, we were shown a two-bedroom model and told our unit would look the same. We were also told that water/sewer charges were based on individual usage. Neither was true. On move-in day, we were shown an apartment that looked NOTHING like the model. It was dirty and had a horrible odor. We were also informed ON move-in day that our move-in date... had to be pushed back. Luckily, the replacement unit resembled what we were originally shown/promised. They also have a lot of random & ridiculous monthly fees.
One of the biggest issues during my time there was the terrible communication and lack of urgency from the leasing office. From the leasing agents to the assistant manager and property manager, interactions were often lackadaisical, nonchalant, and dismissive. Some situations may be out of their control, but communication, professionalism, and basic customer service are not.
Maintenance was another major issue. There were MULTIPLE times maintenance never came despite several work orders being submitted, and work orders were closed as “completed” when the work had never been done.
Even after moving out, the poor communication continued. In September 2026, my new apartment complex requested my rental history. It took Atlantic Vinings nearly two and a half weeks to respond, and they incorrectly reported that I lived there from February 2026 to July 2026. I actually moved in February 2024. I had to physically go back to the leasing office after work to get the correct documentation. That was my last straw.
If you’re considering moving here, get EVERYTHING you’re promised in writing, document everything, keep copies of maintenance requests, and READ YOUR LEASE THOROUGHLY!
