The Abbey At Eagles Landing

Asked to move out early, offered no money. Apartment was not prepared as to the agreement before moving in and they weren’t even done renovating when I started paying rent…glad I still had my other place for those 2 weeks…

Amenity fee of $80 monthly is billed in addition to rent but frequently the amenities are not working. The gym equipment is old and frequently does not work. Employees are pleasant and say they will make repairs. Then the repairs are delayed or never done.

I found this community on my way to tour another property and it caught my eye. After my tour at the other property, I stopped by to see if they could get me in while I was in the area. I was greeted by Natalie and Anthony and honestly I was sold by them alone. They were so polite and fun to work with. I made up my mind after seeing the community that THIS is where I was going to live. At the time, they didn't have anything available for lease but I was told that things can change quickly. ... I decided to go ahead and apply to be put on the waiting list for a 1 bedroom. A week or 2 after I applied, Anthony called me and said he had an apartment that had come available and gave me all of the details. It was perfect! The apartments are good! The maintenance guy Chris is wonderful about fixing things in the apartments in a timely manner.

I am a resident at the abbey. Anytime I have had maintenance issue,Dana, has came and fixed them immediately. He is always friendly and respectable while he has been in my home. I even had to call before to maintenance line and they have always called backed and came and fixed my problem. The front staff is friendly as well. I enjoy living here. It's a great community.
