Siena Suwanee Town Center

Siena Suwanee Town Center is truly a wonderful place to call home! Bonnie and Lauren are always so helpful, kind, and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and create a real sense of community. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has great amenities, including the pool, fitness center, rooftop areas, and comfortable spaces to relax or work.

One of my favorite things about living at Siena is the community atmosphere. There are always fun events and... opportunities to meet and connect with other residents. The events make Siena feel like more than just an apartment complex — it really feels like a community. My personal favorite is the wine nights! They are such a fun way to unwind, socialize, and get to know your neighbors.

The location is also fantastic. Being in the heart of Suwanee makes it easy to enjoy nearby restaurants, shops, parks, trails, and all the events happening around Town Center. I also really appreciate how responsive and friendly the entire team is whenever something is needed.

My husband and I have really enjoyed living at Siena Suwanee Town Center! The location is amazing……being so close to Suwanee Town Center makes walking to local shops, parks, and dining super easy.The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. A huge shoutout to the leasing team (Bonnie and Lindsay) for always being welcoming and helpful whenever I have a question. The maintenance team (Billy) is also fantastic; any time I’ve submitted a request, they handle it quickly and professionally.... Haven’t had any issues since living here’s. Any maintenance request is handled timely and they update you if they have to order a part. I appreciate Omar and billy for helping fix the AC motor that was making excess noise.

I needed something looked at by the maintenance team on a Saturday, and Billy responded promptly. He and the team are always kind, professional, quick to respond, and do great work. Happy to live here!
