I would like to share my positive experience with Lay Lay, the rental agent at Hawthorne Meadowview. From the very first time I interacted with her, she has consistently provided quality service with a pleasant smile and a welcoming attitude that truly makes a difference.
Lay Lay is not only professional but also very personable and engaging. She takes the time to listen carefully, answer questions thoroughly, and explain things in a way that is clear and helpful. What stands out most is her... ability to manage multiple tasks at once without ever losing focus on the resident in front of her. Even during busy times, she remains calm, organized, and attentive, ensuring that everyone receives the same level of excellent service.
Her positive energy and professionalism set a standard that reflects very well on Hawthorne Meadowview. She makes residents feel valued and supported, which is something I greatly appreciate. It is clear that she takes pride in her work and is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive community.
In my opinion, Lay Lay is a true asset to the team, and I am thankful for the consistent quality of service she provides.

Management is disgusting has a very nasty attitude
very poor communication skills with her residents.
Washer dryer company they tell you to go with is not Reliable whatsoever Maintenance comes if they feel like it rent is high. The best thing out of these apartments is the space.

Rent prices are too high. You pay for pest control and pest control doesn't even come. These apartments have bug infestation. Maintenance never fixes anything. Valet trash half do there jobs. Management is horrible they don't care about you.
