Quiet hours are after 10 PM. If a pet is found on the premises at any time during your stay, a minimum penalty fee of $500 will be applied. If your unit is unusually loud and I get complaints from the neighbors/other guests, I will have to ask you to leave and take the full security deposit. Electricity is extremely pricey on the island.
