Great place to live

I'm seeing a lot of negative comments, so want to share mine. I have lived here for 21 months and just signed a two year lease. I have had several manintance requests and all have been handled within a couple of days. My manintance man is very friendly. When my furnace went out, it was taken care of that day. I have had no issues with my internet. If you like the ponds, there will be geese. The only issue I have is dogs not on a leash and dog poop all over, but this was an issue at my... last place as well. I love it here.

Do not live here

Management did not do anything to prep the sidewalk, driveway for winter. Did not plow them promptly leaving it super unsafe to drive. Furnace is broken tonight with negative temperature. They just offered us space heater instead of fixing it

A great place to live

I read so many reviews on this website when looking for a place to rent so I figured I’d share my positive experience here. It’s been almost a year and I renewed my lease. Maintenance request are handled quickly, the leasing office is helpful, and the gym is small but nice. The pool is freezing though, if that’s a deal breaker for you. I love not loving in a hallway with 20+ other rooms. Here you have 6 units per building #, so I hardly if ever see other people when coming and going.

If you don’t need internet this place is alright

They only allow one company here and it’s bloom broadband. Absolute trash internet with less than 1mbps download. No joke. Wouldn’t recommend for that reason alone. Can’t get any help with it and maintenance is in here every week trying to figure it out.
