Not bad most aspects. Apartment seems a little overpriced but is in a convent location. Love the underground parking. Would like to have some upgrades to the unit. Good with upkeep on the lawn and snow removal. Pretty good response time for issues

One month in, and so far so good. Maintenance was very responsive to our needs, and Derek was great. Quiet and comfortable, but a bit surprised to see a coyote just outside.
