Highland Pointe
Excellent experience with Dolan Homes in the Quad Cities. The team at Dolan has been very accommodating and supportive during the application and move in process. The homes are quiet and conveniently located to great staples in the Quad Cities area.

Great Place to Live
We love living in Highland Pointe. Jeff, our property manager was very informative, helpful and patient when it came to helping us find the right space to call home. He took us to a few of the properties owned by Dolan. We ultimately decided on Highland Pointe because of the price, location and design of the townhome. It is a very quiet & friendly community. So happy we get to call it home!

Beautiful Town Homes!!
Very well done and spacious! Great location too!
Close to 40 acre park, restaurants and grocery shopping. Staff is amazing and reacts quickly to any issues that may arise!

Pros:
-Updated interior
-Good location (close proximity to grocery, restaurants, parks, etc.)
