The maintenance people don't have the knowledge to make repairs or just fix things like they should be done without my explaining it to them the correct way to do it. I have 2 things in my apartment that need to be completed that I have been able to get them to come back and finish. It seems like this has been just a game to them when I call the office.

I've lived here for two and a half years and I'm ready to move the walls are thin.
If you live on the bottom floor witch I do the people above you sound like there stomping with every step.
The grounds crew doesn't keep the paper picked up And there's garbage all over. And they will let anyone move in. There's some scary people that live here. The only somewhat good thing is that the rent is somewhat cheep. I guess you get what you pay for.
