I wouldn't recommend living here.

Issues really started when my fiancé needed to relocate. We were told we needed to pay our lease termination fee before management would communicate with other landlords regarding the relocation process. This was confusing because our lease stated the fee was due when we turned in our keys at checkout. We ultimately abided by our contract but were told the office had required the deposit from others before, suggesting they either do not consistently follow their own contracts or are unaware of... the terms.

Despite communicating with management about my departure months before my fiancé's move, I was given five days to move because the unit had already been leased to someone else. My move out date was also changed from Sun, May 31, to Fri, May 29, shortening an already extremely limited timeline.

Throughout our departure, Yesenia and Anna frequently provided conflicting information. Getting answers required multiple calls, voicemails, and emails, and promised follow ups regularly did not happen.

Because the resident portal was unavailable, I submitted a maintenance request by phone and authorized entry while I was away. I was told the request was documented and scheduled, but no one came. Emergency maintenance later informed me the technician had been out of the office and was unaware of the request. Days away from moving, I had to create a written record to ensure the unresolved issue would not affect my inspection or deposit.

The security deposit process has been even more concerning. I moved out May 31. It is now September 11, and the issue is still not completely resolved.

Resolving my remaining payment has required repeated calls and emails over several months. At one point, the original check I had already received was reissued instead of the outstanding amount. There were additional delays confirming the correct amount and a check being sent to the wrong address. When I requested higher management's contact information because the matter remained unresolved, that request was not addressed. Instead, I received a screenshot indicating another check had been sent.

The current management of the property lacks consistent office hours, communication, follow through, and appropriate handling of residents' financial and housing matters. Don't even get me started on the amenities and the communication about what was and wasn't available.

I have again requested contact information for higher management. We will see if that request is fulfilled.

Very Disappointing

Very disappointed with the total quality of living since we moved in. We toured after the Holidays and signed our lease in February and were told several times the pool and hot tub were getting some maintenance but would be up in plenty of time. Conveniently one week after we moved in in March, we got an email that it wouldn’t open this year and they hoped it would be ready in 14 months? Several other residents have confirmed they have just chosen to not pay for it to be fixed. It’s such a... shame they weren’t honest about this when we were considering, and they haven’t responded to several requests about a possible rent reduction. This was a major reason we moved in, and they lied and are still charging us as if this amenity is available.

Residents are all nice, the apartment space is fine and the balcony views are great. Inside the apartment, doors don’t work great, appliances need to often run more than once to work, plumbing smells awful. Apartment could be excellent, but they choose to prioritize the rent and not providing what they promise.

Don’t recommend at all…

Highly recommend you look elsewhere for an apartment. Management was so helpful to get us into the complex, but they could not careless about your resident experience.

When we toured here everything looked great. They told us the hot tub and pool were don’t for maintenance, but that they’d be repaired prior to summer. (If they tell you the same- don’t believe them.) A week after we moved in we got an email saying they wouldn’t be available all year. And the dog park will be closing later this...
year. (They did say they would try to have a handful of community events instead- because that’s the same thing somehow?) When we responded asking questions, they ignored us.

Our apartment looked nice moving in, but it’s not functional. Doors get stuck, the bathroom frequently smells as if there’s a dead animal in the pipes, drains get clogged very easily, and our laundry machine has a terrible moldy smell to it. I’ve washed it several times now and no change. The balconies are very cute, however they’re burning hot when the sun is out (and there’s a birds nest sitting above mine so mine is constantly covered in bird poop).

Now the gym we knew was small going into the place, but we didn’t know how unreliable it was. One of the two treadmills sound like it’s breaking with every step you take (I’m 125lbs) and also doesn’t stay at an incline. The other treadmill is now not turning on at all. Most likely from the pool that was in the gym yesterday because someone in management left the only window (it goes to the roof) open for the storm. Yesterday one of the lifting benches also smacked flat while someone was in the middle of doing their sets. (Management also didn’t respond to our concerns about the gym.) It also gets very difficult to breathe in the gym during a workout. There’s no circulation of air. As mentioned, the only window is to the roof and it’s typically locked. Out of the 2 ceiling fans in the gym, one hasn’t been operational since I moved in.

I wish there were more reviews about this place before I moved in.

Done rent, they lied to everyone

The pool will not be open in 2024 and they lied about it.

The hot tub has been broken and we were assure it would be fixed and that the pool would be open in summer. I even gave an email stating that “despite rumors” they would not be closing it and the earliest would be fall 2024 but after that most likely.

We then got an email from Aubri stating “as you know the pool has been out of commission and now the hot tub is.” You’ll notice that is the exact OPPOSITE of what of the order.

They...
sent that after a ton of people just signed new leases. They are doing NOTHINT for the rent. They want to have “events.”

I sent an email to aubri aksing for her to. Pretext her email since it was False. She never responded.

They barely ever respond, they take forever, they don’t answer questions, and when you have the audacity to ask them to actually answer your questions for once they act like five year olds.

I cannot stress how much this place has gone down hill. Don’t rent for them or Artisan.

Perfect Property!!

In reference to locations this is the location resonates with both city inclusiveness and privacy. Nancy made my transition seamless to the point where I know if I have any issues these are to be heard and resolved quickly. Glad to have a very hygienic space and up to date amenities to come home to!
