Wonderful apartment experience

The location downtown is incredibly convenient, and I feel it is at a very fair price. The building is clean and well maintained with great amenities. The management team is also very friendly and easy to work with.

The Maxwell is updated & modern style, the amenities, cleanliness, the management, community and my absolute favorite part is the location! You can't beat it with access to the skyways (especially in the winter) and all the things Des Moines has to offer. You will love it!

The Maxwell Apartments in Des Moines have truly exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. But the real standout is the incredible amenity deck: a stunning rooftop space with grilling stations, and cozy lounging areas that make every day feel like a vacation.
