Not the greatest

It looks nice, things are made cheaply and management doesn't address serious concerns appropriately.

Not terrible but not the best

Lots of noisy people and rap music blasting and weed smell at 3 AM from building 755 not to mention the lawn is covered in dog poop from rude people.
