Lived here for 5 years they treat tenants horribly
This place has changed management at least 3 times and get worse Everytime. I have no idea why I renewed my lease but won't next time. The amount the post in the portal that is due for rent is paid in full every month early and the last two times I have gotten a nasty gram from the owners BAM that I still owe a balance and will be evicted if I don't pay ASAP.
They also have underestimated the amount of garbage by a long shot and the dumpsters are always overflowing with trash and refuse all... over the place this is common and happens at least several times a week.
The parcel lockers have been broke off and on for the past 2 years it is common to have a package delivered during the weekend and get an error when trying to get a package and they won't reboot it until the following week day.
Lawns are covered with weeds and dog poop everywhere.
I could go on and on but enough for now this place is horrible.

Let us assure you that we're presently working on improving these areas of concern. We are looking into new lockers for the 2026 year and will keep you informed if this change is going to take place once decided on. Regarding the upkeep of lawns, we encourage all residents to clean up after their pets to maintain the cleanliness of our community. Our maintenance staff walks and cleans the grounds daily so we will make sure they are paying attention to areas of high traffic.
