Our one bedroom executive units have a separated bath/sink area as well as hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining area with new carpet. Each has a balcony with additional storage. The two bedroom has the same layout as the one bedroom with the addition of a master bedroom which measures 18' x 12' and has 2 double closets. We are located in a residential area on the edge of the Winnebago River just North of East Park, which is the largest park in Mason City offering plenty of outdoor activities and events.
