Poor customer service

I tried calling twice to check availability. I was hung up on both times. Not even an option to leave a voicemail. With this kind of service, I’d hate to see their response (or lack of) if there were an emergency…

Nice apartments

My apartment may be a little banged up with the carpet being old and previous owners smoked. The drywall has some spots that are patchy. But the landlords are amazing and very helpfulhelpfull. It's secluded even though I'm near a main highway and my neighbor's are friendly and quiet.
