The apartments complex was very lovely and it had an amazing environment. The people were lovely and Curtis was very nice. He even gave me a piece of candy as a welcome gift. The apartment I moved into itself was beautiful and I loved the place. Overall I am glad to become a part of this community.

We have been here for little bit and everyone been so welcoming. From staff to residents. There are dogs and all have been super friendly to our lab

I rented the largest Sq. Ft. Indian Hills offers. It is very spacious and roomy. Bedrooms are great size, 2 bathrooms, dining area and spacious living room. The only issue I have is the main bathroom with the Tile/Grout. The entire apartment (aside from the main bathroom) is new flooring with a grey type of wood look to it; while the bathroom has old tan tile that is definately old and dirty looking. The central air is very nice to have versus a "wall unit", my unit looks right out into the... relaxing courtyard and pool (which is very nice and clean).Management is very responsive to any need I've had, and maintenance is right on top of anything that needs fixed/replaced. I do not have a unit that has loud neighbors and all are respectful of space. I also have a garage unit which is spacious as well.
