Don't be fooled by the flashy exterior and modern minimalist design - this overpriced building is a poorly managed Dumpster fire. Everything in the unit is cheap builder-grade garbage. Maintenance requests are ignored. Hallways and elevator are filthy. There is no security so say a prayer for your car windows. There's been promises of assigned parking forever but like everything else it hasn't been done so good luck parking in the covered lot if you get home late and there's an event going on.... Water is included so the water heaters are too small for more than one hot shower. The train scenes from My Cousin Vinny are brought to life here, probably why the place was build with non-opening windows. management is poor and so difficult to get ahold of that it is not worth the high rent price. it is a new building but it seems like issues are constantly arising. location is great, but look elsewhere.
