Don’t move in !!!!!! The kitchen sink leaks , the bathtub does not drain, shower head does not work, dryer is super rusted on inside where clothes go, the garage lining is lifted at bottom and just record a letter on door saying we have to put the TRASH CANS IN GARAGE yet a care barely fits and threaten with 100 charge if not done, entry door has two lock the bottom does not work, caulking on outside of the tub and shower are horrendous and has a gaping whole between the shower and ground.... Every single cabinet is water/oil stained the air conditioner is not keeping up which is crazy cause it’s not that big of an apt. I could really keep going And going. The way it’s managed, the maintenance, the amazing ability for residents that do not pick up their dog poop shows the incompetence at every level with this complex, including its residents. Maintenance requests take weeks to months. Nobody is ever in the office. Don’t live here. Terrible.

There are nothing but lies on their website. They do not have a hot tub (apparently it was filled in a few years ago - from what I was told), it is almost July and the pool isn’t consistently open as they are “balancing chemicals” since May. If you need any maintenance done - good luck! Took us 4 conversations and 3 months to get our garage lock fixed. Also the picture of the table in the “dining room” is not a dining room it is a walkway that you may be able to fit a two person mini table at.... Not a very good experience so far. I moved in mid February and the apartment was a complete disaster and was not move in ready at all. Not to mention, some of the mess was from when maintenance was in the apartment. There have been many things needing to be fixed throughout the apartment as time goes on and it hasn’t been easy to get these things done. They fix what they deem is important (paint touch ups rather than a mailbox with sensitive information not being able to close and then you won’t... hear from them after they ‘fix’ things) For the amount rent is, 1. There should not be this many problems and 2. Management should be quick to fix things. I am very unimpressed with not only the quality of the apartments but also the way management handles things. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here.

We really appreciate the awesome office staff and super maintenance of the Mansion apartments. Tommy does an amazing job keeping up with all the demands and does so in such a friendly way. Thanks for reinforcing our garage doors. The new paint looks great. I love the new color of the doors. Thank you so much for your continued efforts in making our home well cared for!
