Poor conditions. Non-existent Management. Overflowing trash with no oversight. Do not move here unless you plan to leave after a year.

Management is non existent. They’ve changed 3x since we lived there. They lose things. They don’t return calls or emails. They do not handle disturbances or complaints. The police are constantly at the complex. The trash is outrageous. Worst experience of my life. I would never recommend living there.

The only reason I am giving this a one star rating is because I have to, if I could I wouldn't leave a star at all. I lived here for over 2 years, the first year wasn't too bad. The place was nice enough and things worked fine, the management staff was at least friendly. When we moved in there were scuff marks all over the kitchen walls, you could tell they hadn't been painted in a while and that the carpet wasn't exactly new, which really wasn't that big of a deal at the time, until we went to... move out and they billed us for the carpet. The second year however, things were awful. The office staff was rude and would never return phone calls let alone answer the phone. They offer upgrades when you renew your lease, which didn't happen. My sister applied to live with me and no one ever called her back to let her know if she was approved or not nor would anyone return any of her phone calls when she called about it, they just said they never received them. When trying to renew my lease again no one got back to me and then again when moving out no one returned my email to get the cleaning list which was supposed to be sent with my notice to vacate. Overall it was the worst experience I've had in dealing with a rental company, the office staff never actually knew what was going on, over and over again they said they'd have to give me a call back and never did. Worst experience I have ever had with a renter. Poor management staff who were rude and never answered the phone in the office nor called you back when you left a message. If I was able to leave a zero star rating, I would. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

This is a very safe environment to live. You are close by shopping centers and some of the best restaurants and schools.
